My name is Estelle Fawler. I was reading the board and it came to my attention that inappropriate behavior by employees is quite prevelant within the establishments of this company. I am a retiree residing in Sun City. Our local store, situated on Rte 674, apparently finds behavior like this to be totally acceptable. Not only is drug use rampant among the supervisory staff (marijuana/cocaine), sexual acts in the stockroom after/ before hours is also tolerated. My niece recently separated from her fiance, who will remain unnamed, but is also under the employ of this company, after he was found to be in a sexual relationship with a store supervisor after or before business hours.
I have not frequented any of this company's stores since then. Nor will I ever. Any company that promotes promiscuity amongst its married/engaged employees is not only unwholesome, but borderline evil.
Desired outcome: Remove all management and start fresh! Maybe this time apply random drug testing and perhaps some ethics/morals workshops.
