I attempted to do a survey on today 12/12/2021 only to find out after reading over the receipt multiple times in fear I was over looking the survey code only to find out. (IT WASNT ONE). So I called the store [protected] to speak with a supervisor. I was told to hold on but could yet hear the employee in the background saying (they want to speak to a supervisor). To my surprise the phone was Clearly Hung Up! I tried calling back 3 times 1:50, 1:52 and 1:53. However the phone was never answered again. The sad thing is the positive review I had planned on giving turned to a sour feeling of poor taste. (Not The Wopper)! The Leadership. This was the day crew side as dealt with the night crew the evening before.
I'm Disappointed and Saddened that Customer service post covid-19 has just fell off lately. Will the Real Burger King Please Stand UP!
