Massage Envy - Being charged higher price than on contract

I’ve had a membership since 2013/2014 and never had an issue until after the pandemic. i never received email that price was increasing. The franchise inRoyal Palm Breach increased my payment from $59 to $65 then to $70, never any information until i went there directly. i searched all my in boxes and found no email. i did receive promotional emails snd nothing else. ive accumulated so many sessions that I could never use them in 60 days if i canceled. I asked to suspend my membership until i caught up, they did at a cost of $20 monthly. I'm retired and these payments during pandemic were a strain on my finances. in the meantime in 2022 i booked a 1 1/2 hour session for my friend and for me. it was the fastest way to use my sessions. i had no issues and paid the $10 transfer fee. i scheduled a session for another friend who was visiting snd i was forced to pay $10 transfer fee plus $30 for 1/2 hour session for my friend. when i called and made the appointment no one said i was only allowed to transfer 1 hour. i asked why and was told there is a new manager and those were the rules for Massage envy.

Desired outcome: to be refunded for change in price that i never received & they are not honoring my contract with them. I'm 66 years old and can't use all these sessions.

Massage Envy - fee charged to my credit card

i won a massage at this location. i went there and received a great massage, was so thrilled with it that i made appointments for both my mother and i! before i was allowed to leave i was approached by a salesperson. i assume this is how it works here and i understand your company would like to try to get customers who pay on a monthly basis! i did inform the young man i was not interested in receiving the lower cost massages that i was perfectly fine paying regular price as i don't get massages often, did not want be obligated to a monthly fee, but was thrilled i found a place i could go now! he kept insisting i sign up! i kept insisting i was not interested! so long story short i went from being totally relaxed and happy to have a next appointment to not wanting to go back there! i did not cancel my appointment as i was so stressed out! i did not confirm i appointment and did not want to ever talk to them again! now i see on my credit card bill that i have a fee for $39.oo . i'm not happy about this and would like for you to please make right on this!
