Extra Space Storage

I rented a storage unit on September 28th. Paid again on October 26th. I tried to pay again in November but to no avail because they want to increase my payment by $40. Also, wanted me to sign a partial payment document since I declined & refused my payment. Now they want to add on a late fee. So disgusted and upset. I never should have rented with Extra Space Storage!
