Sam's Club - Pharmacy

The pharmacy wouldn't send my script to my new pharmacy! I've been asking since june and so has my new pharmacy the result of them not doing it when asked resulted in the prescription to expire! It's not right that they got away with this! Please do something about this it's wrong I lost 85 pills plus what I spent at the doctors! Please help
