Massage Envy - mary - business manager

I am appalled at how this branch handles customers and their therapists. I have witnessed them yelling at their therapists in front of customers, and I have been a member for years and now that there is a new owner, billy, and his sorry excuse for a "business manager" Mary, they are driving that place right to the ground. I would like to be contacted to discuss with corporate.
