Tractor Supply

We purchased a club cadet series 5400 lawnmower 1/15, today was the third time using it. It turns over but won't start. We followed operator's manual. We don't think the choke is working but we've tried everything. We spent nearly $2000 for this lemon. We'd be happy if the tractor supply store in Plant City, Fl would replace with a working mower and send this thing back to the manufacturer. We tried to speak to the manager of the store today but he was busy unloading a truck.
