IHOP

I have just returned from vacation in Orlando where I visited your shop on 7661 international drive. I must say the foot was good service not so, but my complaint is when it came to paying. Our bill was $20.45 we gave her $50 when she eventually returned she asked me how much change we wanted. I replied I want it all and I will then sort out the tip (which I might add I always give as long as the service is okay) she replied I haven’t got it all so I said you had better go and get it then. She came back and threw another $1 at us and walked off. This was still $2.55 short. At this point had it not of been so busy I most certainly would of asked for the manager. I’m absolutely disgusted this is stealing in anyones terms. She refused to give me my change. While I understand we’ve all had a terrible few years, if your staff continue like this they will be loosing an awful lot of custom.

I would be interested to see what you think, maybe this is how they are trained. But we come stateside a lot as my father is American and he could not believe what had happened.
