Firestone Complete Auto Care

Since I brought my tires from firestone I take my car there to maintain the tires. I frequent store #008133 for location purposes, but it wasn't until I took my car to another location that they found the slow leak in my rear tires from nails that had been there for at least a few months. On top of taking 5 hrs to patch two tires, I get home to discover that my black wheels are scratched from the air guns used to take them off aside a number of gashes and dings to accompany. Truly careless work. This needs to be resolved ASAP.
