The new female clerk at the Fedex office at 7200 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando treated me rudely when I dropped off some packages for shipment today. I think your employees need to be instructed to devote their attention to the customer they are assisting and not to the next customer waiting. When the employee stops attending to my business, mistakes are made. Thanks
