7-Eleven

Me and my husband wanted to put air in tire for our car. The machine (air pump) outside didn't work properly. First of all it would give 35 at the beginning, but we needed more pressure than 35. The button for increasing pressure did not work at all. (We tried both buttons, to make less worked, but to make more no). We took a video of what is going on and went inside the gas station to let workers what happened. The worker at the cashier was so rude, she said this is not her problem, she can not help, this machine doesn't even belong to 7/11 and if I have any questions I should call the hot line which is written on the machine. She kept drinking her coffee and rolling her eyes while she was talking to us. Then manager showed up and she said exact the same thing in exact rude behavior. We were so disappointed. How come sign on the machine says 7/11 and workers told us that it doesn't belong to the store? We had almost flat tire and couldn't do anything, and no one tried to help in that situation. We had to go to a different place to have it done.
