In the Ocala, FL store I've witnessed an employee harass and belittle other employees. This "man" has cornered women, bullied them, and has made derogatory remarks to other female coworkers. This is unacceptable. An employee should never feel uncomfortable to come to work. This employee also had a close connection with someone who was recently fired for shipping packages in the fulfillment department for personal use and is suspected to be a part of it as well however this employee received no punishment. This employee has also made it their duty to gossip with two other employees to the point where rumors were spread, and people feared for their job security due to their lies. I do not believe the store manager will do anything about this since this "man" has gotten away with quite a bit, but I urge you to look into the Ocala store and specifically this employee who's had these allegations brought up to the store manager before. I would prefer to stay anonymous however if more details are required such as the employees name, then I'd be more than happy to provide that.
