Lowe's

On April 28th 2023 we purchased an LG washer and dryer stackable, we purchased extra hoses and other things we needed and we paid extra for them to take away our old appliances, we were told that they would be there on the 5th of May. Got a call from Lowe's saying our dryer wasn't in, okay fine I understand. They said they will bring it on Saturday the next day, we received a phone call from the delivery man who said he only had the washer and he was only dropping it off, we told him no because we purchased for them to take the old set, I went to Lowe's which is on 200 in Ocala Florida, and ask them what was going on cuz nobody called us about our dryer and told them what the driver said that he wasn't taking the old set, I was very upset, since I don't have a dryer and that was the whole reason behind purchasing a washer and dryer,. Someone called me the same day and told me they would have the dryer and washer at my house on Monday, the delivery man came. He tried to unhook. My washer said it was leaking which it wasn't, I told him it was the water left in the lines from the washer. That was it. He refused to take my old set. They were going to just dump the new set and be on their way. I told them to forget it and and keep the new set. My husband called Lowe's and told them that we want our money back. Nobody was even concerned why?, I'm very upset and I'm very disappointed at Lowe's, I don't know. Understand why things are this bad. We will no longer purchase any appliances from Lowe's. Thank you. Offered flooring for kitchen living and hallway. They came out and measured. Ordered wrong amount. Reordered more tiles sent wrong tiles. Lowe's told installer to just use those under cabinets. I said no not what I paid for. Also they dropped flooring off and let it sit outside for 2 weeks until I stalker came. Don't use their install people you'll wait months ordered cabinets they stay in the house till they decide to come
