Went in to buy hearing aid batteries for my husband. I don't have good knees and am willing to bet that not many my age do. Instead of having the tiny batteries at the top of the display where they would be easily read and accessed they were clear on the bottom. You basically need to either squat, not a possibility for many or sit on the floor to read the tiny labels. I asked the manager about maybe changing it and she informed me that while the saying is the customer is always right, in this case the customer is wrong. She also said that if she changed that she would have to change the candy rack too. What did large bags of candy have to do with tiny batteries? She is doing CVS little good!
Desired outcome: Change the racks and understand that without customers you are out!
