This employee is always the only one at this location. I went on 12/14, also my Son. We had appts. back to back. We both fasted. She called him first and said that our insurance was not in the system. I told her that I had been there before and that there was no issues. She told me to call my insurance. And she proceeded to call other people. I did call my insurance and they confirmed that there should not be any issue. So we waited and waited. Finally she called my son back and I told her that called my insurance co, then she said that she found in the system. I expected to be called in next, and I never was. I left. Now, this whole time of waiting, she comes out of office and is yelling to everyone that has no appt., to leave. She was very rude. That job is to much for her to handle by herself. It seemed like she hoped people would just leave.
Desired outcome: That I would have had my blood drawn at the appt. I set up 2 weeks prior. To little, to late.
