I have never in my life been treated as bad as I was treated by these two. I have been a Manager and worked customer service many many years and my training taught me to never treat a customer like this.
They hollered at me really bad in front of customers and gossiped to other associates and customers, the Assistant Manager was worse. I was having problems with my card and paying, and all the Associate and Assistant Manager could do is holler at me. Dollar Tree needs to have better training on customer service. These two should not be able to continue working here with this kind of attitude. Dollar Tree will lose customers like me, if this is the way employees treat their customers.
