I bought 2 meals the other day there service was bad and food time cashier at the drive through was rude I asked for unsweetened tea they gave me a fruity drink they took so long with me food I was so mad I had to go inside to get my food when I was heading to the front to get my food. The cashier that cashed me out was talking about me rudely to the other cashier
Today I went again to a different one 22927 Leyden drive I went again to see if the service any better but just seems not to be. I was at the drive through for a few mins I said hello she said wait well you could've told me that than just not say anything at all just assume I know what's going on. Than I order hi ci she gave me a different drink I couldn't go back because I was on lunch time for work she never greeted me at the moment when I came to the drive thru at the cash out. Never said thank you or anything just the service
I will not going to be going to pollo tropical anymore and I will complain to BBB
