Roach infestation, poor management, rude employees & I was given a room that were extremely dirty & nasty! It has someone else under clothes, t-shirt & pants were left on the counter. When mentioned to front desk clerk, ‘he began laughing’ saying ‘lady are you for real…lmao?

Worst hotel ever! Just checked into this hotel…. Entered my room only to find/see several families of roaches crawling up & down the wall, dirty tub with cups in side of it and someone else clothing on the counter & floor!

Worst hotel ever - they’re worst than spirit airlines! Take my advice don’t waste your time nor money!

The Manager Deborah Innis refused to speak with me concerning this matter & told the front desk clerk to sent me away! I told him to please give me a refund as well as the corporate number in which they didn’t provide!

This hotel chain needs to be investigated & shut down!

Deborah Innis & ENTIRE STAFF needs to be FIRED & These Hotels should “ALL BE DEMOLISHED!

1) Please Refund me as soon as possible

2) The following should be Terminated:

Deborah Innis,

Entire Management Staff,

Front Desk Clerk,

Housekeeping &

Maintenance

3). Hotel does not Function at its fullest Potential due to Under Trained & Under Educated staff.

4) Due to Hotel poor services rendered to Customers - ALL HOTELS (Woodspring Suites should demolished).
