Pollo Tropical

Pollo tropical on 16951 Miramar parkway, Miramar Florida is just awful. The employees don't talk to the customers - they just grunt and when you repeat you order they yell at you "that's what I said" they have also figured out that buy telling the person taking the orders not to until they say ok, they can slow down the line and work at their leisure. All you hear is laughing and playing around. God forbid you ask if the fries where in the bag. And when you show them they are not, they give you three fries and send you on your way. Not a pleasant experience. Don't think I will go back. Love the food - cant take the attitude

The service is horrible . Employees and managers always has an attitude especially the short lady with bun. They never have anything ready or they don't have it . Bathrooms always stink! I once came through the drive thru and asked for a specific sauce and I was told I need to come inside cause they don't have at the window 😕 that is not good customer service. I will never go back there I'm done rather spend with chipotle
