On the date of April 29 2023, we rented a storage unit. Arriving to the location at about 4:30, I go in to get a cart. The lady at the desk, Lisa immediately screams out to me, no more carts, as there was clearly one available. I inquired about it, she told me the time had expired for cart usage and that I could go purchase one. I retrieve a few belongings and go back to my truck. I see a woman walking out with the same cart she said I couldn't use. I go back in to ask her why did she tell me the time had expired but she allowed another person to to use it. She responded with, "I told you that you can go buy one".. I politly asked "why ma'am when I can use what was paid for? As a valued customer for well over 20 years, I am highly disgusted with the interaction as a paying customer. Lisa was belligerent and lacked professionalism in every manner. I strongly recommend she gets training on her people skills.
