Hello,
I am contacting you because the pharmacy received my prescription refill over a month ago and initially the medication was on back order, so I have been waiting for it to become in stock. A friend of mine has theirs called in yesterday and his has already been filled. I have called the pharmacy 5 times today. I called at 1:25pm and they answered within a few minutes to tell me they were closed for lunch. I have called back 4 times and they are impossible to get a hold of. I can hear them pickup and putting me on hold continuously. After long wait periods, they just hang up. I have been calling for over an hour with no success. I know times are tough and staff may be short, but there is no excuse for the excessive wait time. I have attached screenshots as proof.
Desired outcome: The pharmacy should not be impossible to get ahold of for over an hour. Old prescriptions should be filled for someone waiting for over a month and not someone who has waited one day.
