On June 10th 2023 Fritz de la Cruz and Valerie (no last name given) hold the manager at the Doral location. The service was horrible! No one acknowledged that we were even there. Then my family and I were sent to dirty table. We sat at that dirty table for another 15/20 mins. No one offered to clean the table or to give us a glass water. Nor were there any attempt to keep us satisfied as we waited patiently. Then when I called on Fritz to come over and speak with me, he whispered something to an employee and walk away. I had to go behind him to even get his attention. He turned and said I’m coming one I caught up with him. I will never go there again! I don not care what is going on, ALL customers should be tested the same whether they are Spanish speakers or not! The service was unacceptable for any place calling themselves a family oriented environment.
Desired outcome: Not only is an apology necessary. But I have to drive miles to another restaurant and wait another 30 mins because my first choice didn’t choose me and my family too. Smh
