I book a fly with aeromexico september 12 2015, and the same day i call to cancel the fly. they says me the refund takes from 4 to 6 weeks to see the money on my card. i have been chatting every week since that and they says me everything ok, last Friday October 2 2015 one agent at chat tell me that my refund wasn't processed and i need to call a supervisor. I call a supervisor and he says me that the refund will be processed but that kind of refund are made by Texas office because i paid in US dollar. he told me i need to wait 4-6 week. Im persistent and today i enter to chat again, and one girl says me that my tickets doesn't apply to a refund. i wrote to [protected]@aeromexico.com but i don't know what else i can do. they give me the wrong information every week, and every day, and now im loosing my money. i will escalate this dispute to every place. thanks i have my fly number and everything i just want my money back. i just cancel that fly because change destination and they says me everything ok with the refund.
