Take 5 Oil Change

My name is Jaydan Correa and I had my oil change on Thursday 09/7/2023.

I live approximately 12 minutes away from the business. Take 5 Oil Change. Note even 5 minutes on my way my motor started to make noises and several minutes after it shut down on me. Was able to get it home. Called Take 5 Oil Change w2here I had my service done. 1220 Missouri Ave N Largo, FL 33770.

They came and checked my car took pictures of the Oil wand and other pictures. I had checked the wand before he took pictures and didn't see any oil on it. The manager of the store Pacey Cardinell had my vehicle towed to a mechanic that same evening. I have requested the pictures the took of my vehicle three times and now he has blocked me from his phone. I have been a week without a vehicle and finding ways to be at my job. They need to take responsibility. I do not want to take further actions and need this resolved as soon as possible.
