I was in FD at 10:49 am on 02/09/23 purchasing a bottle of vanilla flavoring when I walked upon 3 hispanic employees in the back aisle talking and laughing in their native language. I noticed when I came into the store the register line was backed up around the corner of the counter and down the first row. I returned back and picked up one more bottle of flavoring and noticed the 3 girls still standing and laughing and I continued to check out and ended up 3rd person on the back row around the corner. the cashier was working as fast as she could however, I waited 15 minutes to get waited on. There was5 in front of me and I asked her to call someone. She called some numbers and no one came by the time I got there I was hot because I left my bed bound husband at home in bed and I had to stand in line 15 min. 2 hispanic girls came forward and I asked was she the store manager she said assistant mgr. I asked to speak to mgr. Sandra came forward with another girl and I asked why didn't they help the cashier out because I my husband was ill at home by himself. To make a long story short the assistant manager told me "Why don't you just pay for your stuff and get the [censored] out of my store and never come back." I do not appreciate that at all. I did raise my voice and told her that it was just like them to be that way and asked for the assistant managers name and Sandra the manager says she has a name tag, which by then she had left and went back into the stock room. I am very disappointed and will never shop at the store again.
Desired outcome: You can't verbally abuse people like this and expect customers to keep coming back paying their paychecks. Remind them you never know what the customer has been through before walking in their store. My husband is dying. Kandice Whitaker
