First, my husband advised the young lady at the Lake Wales location that he did not want additional charges after the promotion. However he was charged anyway and even after sending an email to cancel, he has been charged 3 times and we don’t use the services anyway because it was dulling the paint on the cars. I’m very disappointed in the lack of service to have this billing problem resolved and dulling paint. 
Zips you gotta do better with your lack of customer service contact.
Desired outcome: Want a refund and set up a customer service department so your customers can contact someone without having to go back to the car wash to talk to someone…that’s bad business and tacky.
