I am writing this to inform you of the of the deplorable employees you have working for you at this store they are extremely lazy are very rude I have never been to a racetrack with such the bathrooms are completely filthy and I can never seem to get ice cream with my child even at 7 at night because they shut the machines down because they don't feel like working they tell me all we shut them off at 7 between 7 and 8 when I know for a fact another manager told me that 10 is when they stop them and I've been to some race tracks where they don't do it at all this needs to be rectified immediately I have been coming to racetrack for a long time since you guys have opened in our area and I have never ever ever had the issues at any other store that I've had with this store and your employees they are all rude there's a girl China very rude there is another girl I don't remember her name another rude one I will never be back to this Racetrack and I made sure to let everybody I know know about these inequities that go on at this freaking place you have lost a customer and probably several more due to the actions or lack thereof, from your employees. I hope that you guys Rectify this situation be at fire that whole store, and start completely from scratch again with all new employees
