My keys did not work in door so I go to front desk to have them reset them. She was with a customer so I waited for her to finish then when she was finally done she took someone else that was checking in mind you it was 345 PM when check in is clearly at 4 all I needed was 10 sec to reset my keys. So she got an attitude when I said all I need is my keys redone and then had the nerve to say I was disrespectful when I spoke outloud and refused to redo my keys until she was almost done with the customer and even then I handed her the keys she threw them back at me said I can wait that's when I seen the manager and explained it takes 10 sec to redo my keys and the customer they are with now weren't even there when I came up. Very rude and disrespectful people and then get back to my room and the keys still didnt work. Worse customer service I ever encountered especially for how much money I spend at these hotels.
