Wendy’s

I arrived at store 1776 - Jacksonville, Florida and went through the drive through on 12/15/22 at 1:25pm. I placed my order. After receiving the order I drove to an area to eat my food. As I was eating the hamburger I chomped on something hard. I took this thing out of my mouth and found that it was a piece of plastic. The manager on duty. who I went back to see, looked at it from afar and said it looked like the end piece that is used to seal hamburger buns. Had I swallowed this piece it would have turned out to be an extremely serious situation. The manager was not helpful other than to offer that they make me a new burger. Not even an I am sorry at all. I filled a complaint with Wende's and am waiting for a response from someone. If they don't respond within 24 hour's I will take the next step for a resolution.
