Ross Dress for Less

Recently was placed on administrative leave as a part time seasonal employee and told I violated company policy with no training. I want to report the unfair termination and the false allegations made against me for a purchase that was under 14$ usd I spoke with senior employees and the hotline everyone said this seems unfair and prejudice. I believe the store manager was noticing the customers like me and my work ethic and started to look for errors and force things on me that he knew only he had the discretion to do.
