My name is John Smalenberg my Member # 166185289B. I recently stayed at Wyndham Ramada Hollywood Florida from 21 January thru 28 January 2019 for the SECOND consecutive year. The first year went by with NO issues. This year when I decided to visit Florida for a week < I naturally decide again to stay at Wyndham Ramada Hollywood Florida . The FIRST issue was constantly having to go to the front desk to have my room key re-programmed ( THREE times in one week ). The SECOND issue was the hotel inundated with water . Please see pictures from the hotel . My room number was 417. I plan on making my annual trip to Florida late 2019 or early 2020, I would have TROUBLE staying at Wyndham Ramada Hollywood Florida or recommending this hotel if this situation is NOT taking care of in a satisfactory matter.
