Pollo Tropical - Cuban Sandwich

Today's Date Thurs 6/29/2023. Pollo Tropical Store# 10042 located at 5549 Sheridan Street Hollywood, FL 33021. Time of visit: 8:14pm. Service at Drive-Thru. Order # 734847. My order included a few things but that complaint I have was the poor effort in making of my sandwich. I have photographs where the sandwich I ordered was not even pleasant to look at nor did it taste good. I have ordered this exact sandwich before and prior 2 experiences were nothing like this, they were made with desire and abundance of pork and ham. Please I'm an employee in a hospital and I treat patients with utmost respect and quality care. I would appreciate it that my food was made with respect and quality as well. Thank you.
