I have written before about this same problem. I bought a Ram from this dealership in 2016 and for some reason, my information was merged with a Norma Fritz who bought an Avalon. Now I constantly get mail with my name and her name on it. I have tried several times to fix this problem but the dealer never calls me back. I feel that there is a huge problem here and my next step will have to be alerting the media that Toyota thinks it's ok to share information about customers with other customers. I feel this is an easy fix... Take my name off of the account with Norma Fritz, investigate whether or not my identity has been breached.
