On approximately 6/28/2023 I lost a tooth from my dental plate at an Olive Garden in Port Charlotte Fl while eating my meal. I filed a Claim with Suhei Delgado CA license number 2731012. I have been working with her since then and supplied all the information she requested but still do not have my claim resolved. She has been very evasive and has kept me uninformed up until this date. This has gone on to long. Please advise me information on my claim Number [protected]-PA-01. I have been embarassed by my lack of a tooth on my plate but Suhei Delgardo does not care. It has been 5 weeks since the accident at Olive Garden. This claim should have been resolved by now. It was the negligence of Olive Garden. NOT MINE !
