I purchased a video game on 2/12/23 for $18.99 for my son. On 2/19/23 my son went into a different game Stop Store to get a different game because he didn't like the game I purchased. My son went into the store and came out with a $4.99 game and a $2.00 credit on a gift card. I went back into the store with my son and the worker there said it's a final deal there's nothing that can be done. I told the worker this is a crappy deal then to give my son the original game back the worker said he can't do that because its already in inventory. I told the worker The game is right there on the counter. He said he can't what I need to do is wait a month then re buy it. I told him that's ridiculous just give me back my sons original game. The worker said no, your son signed a contract/document giving permission for the trade its a done deal I asked for a copy of the document the worker said no. I asked for a supervisor the worker said there's no supervisor today. I asked when will the supervisor be in he said he cant give that information because its against the law. I just want someone to call me
Desired outcome: Please have someone call me at [protected]. I want the original game back or credit and reprimand to the worker for how he treated my son and me
