Hotel would not refund cancellation of a prepaid reservation reported weeks before arrival. Guest experienced house fire and could not leave for her planned cruise. Guest reported cancellation on 2/6 with her expected arrival of 2/14. Hilton hotel manager called but gets no response from GM of Days Inn FT. Lauderdale. Please assist guest during this unfortunate time - Hotel.com booking number [protected].
