Very nice and respectful until you wire them the required amount they tell you, in my case it was $1800 to have my aunt released from jail on an immigration bond of $8000.00.

Once you send it, they dont want nothing to do with you, they lie and yell stating they didnt receive the money, the faxes, the overnight package with the notarized documents. The person we had constant communication with up until we sent the money all of the sudden isnt at the office today or any other day for that matter. And they just yell at you! They blame you for them "not receiving" the required documents, money, and package. One guy in particular is named "joe" sometimes aka jose'. Even though they have an a+ with the bbb, they still scammed me and my poverty stricken family out of almost 2 grand and still my aunt sits in custody. She will be picked up in 2 days and moved to chicago illinois then deported. Thank you much action immigration. How do you sleep at night?!?
