The pharmacist Kim (the pharmacy manager) at CVS on Sadler RD, Fernandina Beach Florida.
On 06/07/2021 I went to pick my daughter's medication from drive through. the lady asked me twice about my daughter's birth day. I answered her twice she said doesn't she doesn't understand your language. I agree I have an accident but I speak English.
I decided to go inside the pharmacy to complain about her I found out that the pharmacist is worst because she told me in front of everyone (costumers and employees) that her too has a problem understanding me. I am very shocked and disturbed from this situation. what do they need to understand if it is few numbers that I have to say.
I work as scientist for a global company I never had to deal with ignorant people like Kim and her employee
I called 1800 CVS to make an complain I didn't hear from anyone back.
