LabCorp - poor customer service

I am 30 weeks pregnant, and needed to go in for the 3 hour Glucose test. I schedule the appointment a week in advanced, for 1 pm. I showed up at 12:30 because I was 1. nervous, and 2. knew I would probably have to fill out some type of paperwork. Fasted from 9 pm onward.

I was greeted by a woman who was very impolite. But - I don't really mind when someone is rude, people have bad days. But then the comments started. "You're here for a glucose test at 1 pm? I guess you must like to sleep in." ... Well, actually I had to work, and taking a half day in the afternoon was my option, and the most convenient for myself and my family. Again, I ignored the mean comment. Then, she said "You have fasted for how long? You starved your unborn baby how long? I should call DCS on you." At this point, I was really uncomfortable. But again, I shrugged it off. I was instructed to fast, no one was starving, and she isn't my doctor. She tells me to take a seat and she'll call me up when they are ready.

I take a seat. I wait for quite some time, and then was called back up to be told they can't do the test. She let me know that their system is faulty and let me schedule an appointment that couldn't happen because they are closing at 3:30 pm. I'm sorry, what? But again - as irritated as I was, things happen. What she didn't say was that she's sorry this happened, or sorry I had to fast that long. Instead she said "come back at 7 am on Monday." Unfortunately, like many Americans, I have a full time job and can't just shoot my boss a quick text that I need another half day on Monday. So I let her know I'll follow up with them to reschedule. She then said in the most serious and demeaning way "Well, considering you are having a baby - you should learn how to make sacrifices for your child." In hindsight I wish I defended myself, because I didn't. Instead, I stood there with my book I brought to read to pass the time, shaking hands because of not eating and being so nervous about this test, and looked up and started to cry. I politely asked for my paperwork back and left.

I don't feel like any person should have to be belittled by anyone. I don't think anyone deserves to be treated that way. I have tried to contact customer service but cannot reach anyone. My appointment was on Friday 3/8 at 1 pm - if that can help identify the individual responsible.
