Extra Space Storage - Rude and unexceptionable

Hello
I had to get a new lock and venessa was so rude and very unprofessional. I am houseless and I'm stressed out to the max. I started to have a little bit of an attitude and caught myself and apologized to her explaining what was happening with me. All she said was that everyone has problems and that I was being rude and that she never brings her problems to work and that I should be an adult and not bring it to her. I had apologized three times and she just kept going off on me. She is NOT a people person and absolutely should not work there unless she takes a communication class or something. I am not happy at all.
I know I am a few days late but she wouldn't let me get some important paperwork so that I can find a place to live and she refused. She just needed to walk there with me. I knew exactly where it was and it's right at the door.
Not stars!

Desired outcome: Venessa fired or a free month or two.
