I am currently a customer of yours, however after today, that will be changing very soon. I visited my usual branch today to change a $20.00 bill for 2 rolls of quarters, so that I could wash my child's clothes, and was rudely told the bank had no coins. A bank with no coins? Seriously? The teller at the window was extremely rude and refused to help in any way. M&t is where I do banking. I waited in a drive thru line on my lunch break for 30 minutes, to be lied to, refused service and mistreated by your employees. I attempted to get quarters from another bank, but like I already stated, m&t is my bank. I went back to m&t and was told I could close my account if not satisfied. Really? Your company would rather close a customer account, than provide service? Ultimately, citizens bank was very kind - even though I am not a customer - and exchanged my $20 for 2 rolls of quarters. I'm sure your company doesn't care about a small account like mine, however, the company I work for happens to be quite large and also does their banking with m&t. So, as little as it may effect you when I move my business to citizens, i'm sure having my company move will have some impact. You don't keep customer's by mistreating, lying and refusing to assist. Very very poor customer service.
