LensCrafters

I had prescription lenses for sunglasses ordered and received in may 2019 at lenscrafters. During first month, I have noticed multiple scratches on the lenses. I couldn't find any possible reason for this to happen. I had rx sunglasses made by lenscrafters and never had problems with them. Unfortunately I was out of country for the rest of the summer, taking care of my ill mother and couldn't bring them immediately.
When I came back 2 weeks ago, went to the store and presented to the manager the problem occured. She explained, that the scratches are inside, not outside, which eliminated possible accident occurrence on my site. She tried to explain, that my make-up could cause it (mascara). I informed her I never wore mascara in my life. Also with all my previous glasses never had problems, they are still in perfect shape. It is clear, that the job was not done properly and the additional coating placed on inside, was unnecessary or not well done. The lenses are also with spots and different shades along with the scratches, covering the entire surface inside.
I will not accept the offer given of 50% discount (which often advertised anyway. I need quality lenses to be done without any charge, since this is not my fault at all and I never had issues before.
