This complaint goes out to the hotel sercurity officer (white male) on or about 02/03/2019 at about 10:50am I gerald j malloy was walking down the street near the hotel (I am not a guest of the hotel) when a white man (appears to be in his 40's) looking for the red cirrculator bus stop when I was appoached by him and threaten and harassed when it was incorrect for him to do so especially when this white male was clearly off hotel property. This white male started his criminal acts by walking up to me and flashing a cell phone in my face. Thank you gerald j malloy
