Andersen Windows & Doors - door falling apart purchased 2010

Storm door was installed in 2010 in basement of subject home. After 4 years, the door is falling apart. Spoke to EMCO representative and stated that I should complain at this site. I am requesting a replacement door. This door is left hinge size 281/2" x 741/2". Serial number is [protected]. Please call me at this number so I can forward pictures to you. [protected])
