Complaint on CVS Pharmacy, Canal Street, Stamford, CT 06902, [protected]
I have been trying since 1/6/2022, to speak to the pharmacy, in one day I have tried 3 -5 different times, my phone goes on hold for over 15 minutes & over and never gets answered.
Poor Customer Service! Important to acknowledge the call!
As I enter this complaint, I am on hold for over 10 minutes.
Desired outcome: It would be great if they would acknowledge the call and come back!
