On june 9th I purchased a flat screen tv from the pc richard store 1574 boston post road milford ct. Sales counselor 9854 mr. Lason helped me. He sold me model 32lm570 tv black which it should have been the white tv. He told me he had it after he came from the back. When I got home and my husband opened it it was not the correct one. I called several times and was hung up on with 13 minutes left before they closed. I decided to keep it but they need to make sure customers get what they asked for.
PC Richard & Son - Extended warranty
In March of 2018 I purchased a Kitchenaid double oven.in November of 2019 I had a problem and called service at P C Richards. They came right away and contacted Kitchenaid. The problem was un fixable so Kitchenaid replaced the ovens. When I bought the ovens I bought a ten year extended warranty for 400.00 dollars. I assumed it could be transferred to the new ovens at a prorated rate. I call the salesman I delt with at P C Richards and was told he would look into it. I did not hear back so I called again, He sounded like the warranty could not be transferred because the new ovens came directly from Kitchenaid but said he would check further and get back to me. I waited and called again several days later and again was told he would get back to me. I am still waiting. I have always bought my appliances from P C Richards. I got them from New York before there was a store in Ct. Tvs also. I am in the process of replacing my kitchen and the ovens were the first appliance I bought. I was going to get a Stove top, refrigerator and dishwasher from Pc Richards but am disappointed that I did not rec. the courtesy of a phone call. If I wanted bad service I would have gone to a big box store or building supply chain, but I chose PCRICHARDS like I have always done for 15 years.

PC Richard & Son - Empty promise of delivery
A man who claimed to be the manager of the milford, ct store (7537 aaron), offered to order a samsung tablet case for me when I was in the store. This was on a saturday, around noon; he seemed helpful and told me he would go and pick it up himself, and call me the following monday so that I could pick up the item in the afternoon.
It was not available by tuesday, and I was told that it would arrive the next friday, and that I would get a call as soon as it was in.
This is very poor service, why couldn't I be told the truth last saturday? It would have been so much simpler and reliable. There were a lot of complaints about p c richard's, no wonder... They'll say anything for a sale, even mine at $29.99! Needless to say i'll never shop there again! As a matter of fact, i'll ask for a refund on that purchase!
