Family Dollar

The Kremmling, Co Family Dollar store management, Adam and Tawna, are rude and inconsiderate. They band whomever they like without real justification. They once talked about banning all of Tawna's ex-boyfriends from the store so that she would not have to deal with them. Adam and Tawna are in a committed relationship and live together. Adam has prioritized Tawna's work schedule over everyone else in the store. This store has had employees quit prior to their 2 weeks' notice because of the relationship between Adam and Tawna. Adam banned a loyal customer because she warned another employee of the things that happen in the store. Adam proceeded to ban her for harassment. No law enforcement was involved in that banning. Adam has ruined relationships with loyal customers and employees. Adam allows Tawna to run the store as if she is the general manager. Adam and Tawna have even closed the store early because there were not enough help to run the store, even though there were 3 or more employees working. I have seen them do things for the community just because it benefits them and makes them look good. Some of the community outreach programs that our local family dollar helped out with have not been continued since certain employees have left. I know certain employees have tried to reach out to the district manager with no contact back or consideration of this issue. I would love to see some of the community outreach programs come back to help those in need in the community. I would love to have a call back regarding this issue. [protected]. Candi
