My significant other and I arrived at the Public Storage facility in Denver CO
We arrived at 8:48pm which we fully understand the access ends at 9pm, unloaded a car full of belongings that were very heavy and took an extended amount of time to unload. We got into the elevator at 8:58pm only for the elevator to inform us that they were officially closed. We were exiting the elevator when a women who I believe works in the office comes up and asked us what we were doing here. I kindly explained the situation and asked if she could let us up just for 10 minutes then we would leave. This women was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She told us no and that we needed to leave immediately. I apologized to the women and told her we understand but we just spent all this time unloading. She told us to leave the stuff on the carts and come back at 6am. These belongings are worth thousands of dollars and it was very careless to even bring that up. I informed the women of the value of the belongings and said I was not comfortable with that. She then asked us what we were doing all day and we should've done this sooner. That was the rudest way I have ever been spoken to. I am a hard worker with multiple jobs and this rude women showed no sympathy so we left.
Desired outcome: This employee needs to be properly disciplined and trained on customer service. I understand it was closing time but she did not need to speak to us in such a rude manner and make rude comments toward us as customers.
