Extra Space Storage

Been with extra space storage for about 8-9 mo. already I have an authorized person who has for some reason been removed without my permission the person who leased the storage unit to us, has no longer been around after an awkward moment which credited me $25 I believe back in July I believe not only that, my signature has been forged on my lease agreement which was also handled by Madeline. I've had on ongoing issue since the end of April so half the time I would go charge my phone & other devices just to stay off the streets since I'm unable to stay at home due to this more then quite serious issue of mine. Madeline today 11/27/2020 between the hours of 10am - 11 am approached me in a very rude tone if I was going to be making it an everyday thing, Both Malvin Nor Darnell
