I was shopping at this location and checked out at 1:43pm Mountain time at register 3. I was all checked out and gave the lady employee discount number and she added it on there which took the discount off. I forgot to add an item that I had waiting at the front, after she added the item I asked her if the discount was still applied and she said yes. I realized that in fact she had lied to me and that it was NOT applied. I went back into the store and the manager was VERY unpleasant to speak with and REFUSED to put the discount on there. In the middle of the conversation, she interrupted me and started having another conversation with someone else in the middle of our conversation. Very unprofessional.
